I am a UKCP accredited, Integrative Psychotherapist. I have practised at multiple psychotherapy organizations across London, focussing on mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, physical and sexual abuse, addiction, and bereavement which I have a great deal of experience with. In terms of specific theoretical interests, I am currently doing a PhD in psychoanalytic studies through the University of Essex, centring on the repetition of trauma and loss.
